Cleaning method of stainless steel spring

Precautions for stainless steel spring cleaning. Dust and easy to remove dirt - wash with soap, weak detergent or warm water;

Label and film - wipe with warm water and weak detergent;

Binder composition - use alcohol or organic solution;

Contamination of fat, oil and lubricating oil - wash with neutral detergent or ammonia solution or detergent after wiping with soft cloth or paper;

Bleaching agent and seed acid adhesion - wash with water immediately, soak in ammonia or neutral carbonated soda water solution, and then wash with neutral detergent or warm water;

Organic carbide adhesion - soak in hot neutral detergent or ammonia solution and then wash with detergent containing weak grinding;

Fingerprint - use alcohol or organic solvent (ether, benzene), dry with a soft cloth, and then wash with water;

Too many rainbow stripes - caused by using detergent or oil, and washing with warm water neutral detergent;

Discoloration of welding due to heat - wash with 10% nitric acid or hydrofluoric acid solution, and then neutralize with dilute solution of ammonia and soda carbonate, and then wash with water - use washing reagent;

Rust caused by surface contaminants - wash with nitric acid (10%) or abrasive detergent - use detergent.
